Returning your order

Please register your return here

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different size or item, a new order must be placed. You must return the OUR LEGACY products to the OUR LEGACY online store's return address in perfect condition. The OUR LEGACY products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please clearly mark the goods as RETURN on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may be subject to delays or import duties.

Costs for return

OUR LEGACY store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after OUR LEGACY store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by OUR LEGACY store.
 Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, OUR LEGACY store will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note that OUR LEGACY store will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur. 
During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except that OUR LEGACY store will not accept exchanges.

Please note returns can take up to 10 business days to process from arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods this timeline can be longer, however we do endeavour to process all returned items as quickly as possible.
