Customers ordering from outside the European Union will receive a 25% VAT discount on their order. This is applied at checkout once you have given your delivery details. To calculate the price with the VAT Discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.25. Please note this figure is different to simply reducing the price by 25%.
OUR LEGACY store will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the OUR LEGACY store site, and will be applied to your order at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note that during Sale, confirmation time may take up to 5 days.
Your order will be dispatched within 2 days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 7 days.
Shipping and collecting packages within Sweden
Orders within Sweden will be shipped with DHL and delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point for collection. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.servicepointinrikes.se
DHL will inform you by SMS or Email once your parcel has been delivered to the Service Point and is ready for collection.
Shipping and collecting international packages
International orders will be shipped with DHL Express. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.dhl.com. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.
During the registration of your OUR LEGACY Store account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the OUR LEGACY store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
Swedish orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-8 days from day you received the shipping confirmation.
Please note that during Swedish National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take unto 7 days to dispatch.
OUR LEGACY store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR or SEK into any other currency.
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by OUR LEGACY store.
Returning your order
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Please note that exchanges will only be offered for a different size in the exact same item originally ordered. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed. You must return the OUR LEGACY products to the OUR LEGACY online store's return address in perfect condition. The OUR LEGACY products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Exchanges and sale
During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that OUR LEGACY store will not accept exchanges.
Costs for return
OUR LEGACY store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after OUR LEGACY store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by OUR LEGACY store. Costs for exchanges: Once you have returned the items, OUR LEGACY store will not make any additional charges for shipping in the case of an exchange. Please note that OUR LEGACY store will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
